Thank you for using Newdle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any website, app, service, technology, API or any other products or features owned, operated, branded or offered by Context Press, Inc. dba Newdle ("Newdle" or the "Service").

Newdle helps video creators and journalists find news, understand its context, and craft better-informed content.

2. Using Newdle

You may use Newdle only if you follow these Terms and all applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Service.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights in any text, images, video, audio, projects, scripts, notes, research, or other content you create with the Service.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your right to access or use Newdle for any violation of these Terms. You may also terminate or delete your account at any time.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules, in King County, Washington.
